Shaping Discovery in Biomedicine Through Technological Innovation

We are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual UCSD Interfaces Research Symposium to be held Friday, June 13, 2008.  This event offers graduate students the unique challenge of presenting their work to other students and faculty from across the biological, medical, physical, and engineering sciences.  It will also be an excellent opportunity for attendees to identify common interests and form new interdisciplinary collaborations within the UCSD community.  The program will include a keynote speaker and podium and poster presentations by graduate students.  Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided to registered attendees.

Whether you are currently involved in interdisciplinary biomedical research or simply interested in exploring its potential, we encourage you to attend.  Please use the form below to register for the event.  Check back here as the date approaches to view the detailed program.  To read more about the UCSD Interfaces Training Program, please feel free to click around our site.

Registration is required to enjoy breakfast and/or lunch. 

If you would like to submit an abstract to be considered for podium and poster presentation, and to compete for up to $200, please use our abstract submission form.  The abstract submission deadline is Wednesday, June 4th at 3:00PM.
