Congratulations Jessica Ungerleider!
Interfaces Graduate Training Program is very pleased to announce that Trainee Jessica Ungerleider is selected by the scientific review panel of the Council for the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings to participate in the 65th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, to be held from June 28 to July 3, 2015 in Lindau, Germany. Only the 650 most qualified young scientists can be given the opportunity to enrich and share the unique atmosphere of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings.
The 2012 Annual UCSD Interfaces Graduate Training Program Research Symposium & Retreat was held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Estancia, La Jolla.
Nearly 55 students and faculty members attended this special event. Thank you all of those who helped make this retreat a huge success! A total of 20 students participated in oral and poster sessions, and congratulations to the top three poster and oral presentations by Interfaces students.
Dr. Todd P. Coleman joined the Jacobs School of Engineering in 2011 as an associate professor in the Department of Bioengineering. He received bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering, as well as computer engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2000, along with master's and doctoral degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, in 2002, and 2005. During the 2005-06 academic year, he was a postdoctoral scholar in computational neuroscience at MIT and Massachusetts General Hospital.
